I had an excellent experience with Marcos and The Kure Water from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Andres handled the installation, and I can’t say enough about the quality of his work. He paid incredible attention to detail, making sure everything was installed perfectly. He was also very respectful of my home—cleaning up thoroughly after himself and leaving absolutely no mess behind, which I really appreciated. My water softening system and 6-stage reverse osmosis system are both working flawlessly. Everything is running leak-free, and the improvement in my water quality has been fantastic. You can tell the installation was done right the first time. Another standout part of my experience was how helpful the team was throughout the entire process. They walked me through multiple financing options and made everything easy to understand, which took a lot of the stress out of the decision. What really impressed me most was the speed and efficiency. They were able to schedule and complete the full installation within 24 hours of signing the work orders. Not only that, but they also removed and disposed of my old system, making the whole upgrade completely hassle-free. We’re really happy with our Kure Water system. The water feels cleaner, tastes better, and you notice the difference right away. Living in Florida, it’s made a big impact, showers feel smoother and even laundry and dishes come out better. I had a great experience with the water purification system from the Kure. Edgardo and Marco did an excellent job explaining the difference between their10-stage filtration system and other systems I was considering at the same price that had fewer stages of filtration. Their knowledge and transparency really stood out. I was also very impressed with how smooth and professional the installation process was. Everything went exactly as explained. I’ll definitely be referring them to my friends and family!
